Management Committee Selection

Before submitting below nomination form, please refer to the Duties & Responsibilities of the Gurdwara Management Committee Members.

“Siri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara Constitution Clause No 5: Any person, aged eighteen years or above, who keeps absolute and full faith in the teaching of the Ten Gurus (Guru Nanak Dev Ji to Guru Gobind Singh Ji) and has full belief in the Holy Guru Granth Sahib Ji, shall qualify to be a member of the Gurdwara irrespective of his or her colour of skin, social class, caste or gender.”

By submitting the below form I hereby declare that I am not declared bankrupt and I have not been convicted of any form of criminal breach of trust or cheating, or any other form of moral lapse and have no relation to my proposer and also declare that I am a permanent resident of the United Kingdom. I am fit to serve the Gurdwara constitution clause No5. I am mentally and physically fit to serve in the Gurdwara management committee and give permission to the Gurdwara trustees to contact my doctor (GP) if required. As part of the Management Committee, I hereby consent to my photograph being displayed on notice boards.
